I found the Newbury Guest House to be in a fantastic location right on Newbury Street. The area is lively and full of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore without needing a car. My room was cozy, clean, and equipped with a fridge, which I appreciated for storing snacks and drinks. Coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the lobby. Mark at the front desk offered great recommendations for local eateries, which made my dining choices much easier. However, the carpets seemed a bit worn and could use some updating. The noise from the street was noticeable at times, especially when the windows were open, but it wasn't unbearable.

Just a fine choice for a city break in Boston with good value for cost. The breakfast was high quality and plentiful, we enjoyed it every day. Make sure to catch the shuttle to Logan Airport from Boylston St for a cheap ride.
